Spellmaxxing is a free online spelling game. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts or manipulating rankings in any way may result in a permanent ban on all associated accounts, including IP-based bans

Fair play

• Don't cheat, use automated tools, or exploit bugs
• Don't harass other players or use offensive display names
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or other players' experiences

We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these rules without notice.

The service

• Spellmaxxing is provided “as is.” We do our best but can't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time
• Game results and rankings may be reset during major updates

Your content

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you submit may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Limitation of liability

Spellmaxxing is a free game. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use it at your own risk, though the biggest risk is finding out you can't spell as well as you thought.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spellmaxxing after changes means you accept the new terms.
